Party Planned is a project of the Shluchim Office designed to help Shluchos create beautiful, meaningful community events without the stress of planning from scratch.

Party Planned is a project of the Shluchim Office, established by the Rebbe in 5747 (1986) and empowered it with the mission to assist, support and serve as a central hub for the Shluchim and their families.
The events were created, written and developed by Mrs. Mirel Heber, Shlucha to Delray Beach, Florida.
